How do I order?
Browse through the shop categories on the top menu of the screen (column categories on desktop, and a stack on mobile) and choose a cateogry to browse products, or use the search box if you know the name or type of the product you're looking for. Clicking on a product name or picture will provide specifications and a photo on a given product. To add a product to your order, click `Add to Cart`. Please note that out of stock items may be missing the 'add to basket' button, but if you would like to be notified when this product is available again use the recieve notification option on the product page.
Need to ammend something? Click 'My Cart' and 'View Cart' to adjust quantities, or click 'My Cart' and click the X icon to delete items.
When you have chosen everything you need click 'My Cart' on the top menu and choose the Checkout option. If you have registered already, you will jump to the shipping options as address info will be pre-filled, and then confirm billing method to complete the order. If you are not signed in, you can either checkout as a guest, or register an account. We recommend registering an account to allow you to see your order history / status.
You will recieve an initial confirmation email from us to show that the transaction has been recieved. We will process your order as quickly as possible (please note that we do not process orders on weekends or public holidays - see Delivery Information page) and let you know when your order has been sent. If we forsee any difficulties with your order, we will send an email to you as soon as possible explaining the situation.
Do I need to register an account to shop with you?
You do not have to, guest checkout is allowed, but we recommend that you register to save time with future orders (we hope you come back!) and it lets you see review previous orders and see their status.
How long does delivery take?
We ship orders every weekday (except public holidays) up to 3pm GMT. Delivery method varies by area / method selected, but the timescales are shown when choosing delivery methods in checkout. Read more about our delivery methods on the Delivery Information Page.
What does delivery cost?
For a single item, use the 'Shipping Info' tab on a product page to see the cost. For UK customers, just enter your postcode, for international customers pick your country, and click 'Get Rates'. Read more on the Delivery Information Page.
Which payment methods do you accept?
On our website, we accept most major debit and credit cards through a 128-bit encrypted secure checkout (Visa and Mastercard Debit and Credit Cards via Paymentsense)
In our shopfront, we accept cash payments, Visa and Mastercard Debit and Credit Cards (Chip & Pin or Contactless up to £30).
We do not accept cheques.

Do you offer a take-back service for WEEE?
If you're buying a new product, we will recycle your old one for free. Many electrical items can be repaired or recycled, saving natural resources and the environment. If you do not recycle, electrical equipment will end up in landfill where hazardous substances will leak out and cause soil and water contamination – harming wildlife and also human health.
If you have purchased a new product, please mail the old product back to us marked as a WEEE item, or email us to request a quote for collection cost.
To remind you that old electrical equipment can be recycled, it is now marked with a crossed-out wheeled bin symbol. Please do not throw any electrical equipment (including those marked with the crossed out wheeled bin symbol) in your bin.
