We understand there may be searches looking for a phone / telephone number for us, but it's not something we have, the page below explains where to find information and how to reach us, but to clarify there is no phone number for our shop.

There are a number of reasons that taking calls through the day would make it more difficult for us to do our job -

  • Cold calls (Suppliers, utility companies etc all trying to push something)
  • Being asked how to do things on computers 
  • Asked questions that are already covered on the information on our website
  • Asking for things that we don't do (repairing things that are not computers etc)


We believe our time is best spent carrying out our work and we cover enquiries with our shopfront and e-mail only to ensure best use of our time. If you have any questions not covered by below, please E-mail us: and for simple 'yes / no / see here' answers we'll reply within 2 hours during our working hours.

To reserve an item for collection from the shop - You can pre-pay / click and collect an order online by following the steps here -


To query the progress of a website order or if you have a problem with the order -

To learn about repairs - we work on Windows desktops and laptops only. We don't do any repairs or support on Apple, game consoles, phones, tablets or anything else that's not a Windows computer. For information on bringing in a repair, or for example costs on common repairs, see the repairs page linked below. For items that say we need to quote it when the computer has been brought in, please just bring the computer in to us to be assessed, we won't be able to give any more definite costs until literally the computer is on our workbench.


For status updates on an existing repair - we'll always let you know when there's news, but you can reply to the email or text message you get when a job is brought in if you have any requests or questions.
