Software supports Windows only, but the keypad can be programmed on a Windows PC and then used on other devices (Mac, Linux etc)
The software is quite basic in design but allows keys to perform either

- Modifier keypress (for instance, Ctrl with C together)
- Multimedia function (volume or skip song)
- Mouse functions - click or mouse wheel operation

For greater flexibility, you can pair up with an app like (AutoHotkey) to have a modifier keypress run a script. For instance this could run multiple commands or keystrokes, or write a script to engage with other applications eg Discord through API.
Note, the latter is for users with a little more patience and understanding of basic programming - this doesn't mean easy to use ready-baked functions like those built into more expensive streaming orientated devices, but does allow greater flexibilty for the enthusiast who wants to create their own functions.
