This PC is a great spec for photo editing and fairly capable for moderate video editing work including 4K resolution.

It has a rapid 12 core AMD Ryzen 9 5900X processor to make fast work of computation, paired with a fast graphics card (Geforce RTX 4060  with 8GB VRAM) which similarly benefits playback, encoding and has a decent number of CUDA cores which will provide further speed improvements with graphic effects in editing software.

Allowing support for moderately sized projects, the system features 32GB DDR4 RAM which is plenty for all but the largest creative projects.

For anyone currently editing with a laptop or PC even just a few years old, this system will be truly night and day in performance levels.

We have included 2 storage devices, although this is open to change - but the current loadout is a 1TB NVMe SSD for Windows, programs and scratch areas, and a 2TB SATA SSD for projects / clips. If requested an additional drive can be added or moved from another PC. 

A drive bay upfront provides access to a wide range of media slots for quick access to flash memory cards, and also a BD-RE (BluRay ReWriter drive) is included for support for optical media formats (CD, DVD, BluRay)

The system is housed in a medium size be quiet! case, which gives good cooling performance and plenty of room for future expansion. Per the name, the system runs quietly.

The system would be a capable gaming system too if it's not a workhorse all of the time, being ideal for 1080p gameplay and streaming.

Ethernet networking is supported, Wifi can be added as an option.
