    Synapse 3 will be required to control Chroma lighting effects on the product.

  • How do I make the Kraken Kitty react to my stream?

    The Kraken Kitty will require a download of the Streamer Companion App to synchronize its lighting effects with your stream. You can download the Streamer Companion App under the “Lighting” tab for the Seiren Emote in Synapse 3. Alternative you can go to https://www.razer.com/streamer-companion-app for a direct download.

  • Do I run both Synapse 3 and the Streamer Companion App simultaneously to control the Kraken Kitty lighting effect?

    The Kraken Kitty is designed to work with both Synapse 3 and the Streamer Companion App running.

  • How do I make use of Cosplay Mode for the Kraken Kitty Headset?

    The Kraken Kitty has a cosplay mode that lets you use lighting effects of your choice on the go with a power bank. You can set the default lighting effect of the product in Synapse 3. It will then be saved for use.
