Need a high-end system and need it quick? Building a RTX 4090 system now is usually a non-option new - and it does a great job of bridging the massive gap between 5080 to 5090 pricing and providing great performance. You know, when RTX 5090 is just a bit overkill really (in performance or price point)

This system has high performance components throughout, starting with a Ryzen 9 9900X processor which packs 12 fast cores and is ideal for high resolution gaming. While it may be known that the 9800X3D is a little quicker, this tends to matter more for users on 240Hz 1080p / 1440p monitors, where for 4K gaming the difference is next to nothing - so we have another system listed at the same time with the X3D chip which we suggest for highest frame rates at lower resolutions, while this PC with 9900X is just as good on higher resolution screens (such as 1440p Ultrawide and 4K screens)

With 8 cores being enough for most games, this 12 core model is handy for creative work or additional multitasking such as streaming.

Graphics are handled by a Gigabyte GAMING OC RTX 4090 24GB graphics card which is a used part but has been thoroughly tested and confirmed all good! This is still a rocketship of a graphics card - typically 20% faster than RTX 5080 and about 30% below RTX 5090.

The system has a 32GB DDR5 RAM operating at 6000MT/s which is plenty for most use, although if you're playing Flight Sim 2024 at 4K resolution and want 64GB to ensure the smoothest performance, we could upgrade this if required (message us to confirm at the time but typically this would add around £100 to the system cost). The memory specified is low latency (CAS 30) which helps with boosting minimum frame rates.

For storage there's a good amount with fast Samsung 990 PRO NVME 2TB storage on PCI-E 4.0 bus. There's room for hard disks or SATA SSDs in the PC - we've just got the single 2TB storage fitted just now but if you wanted more storage added or storage moved over from an existing PC just let us know.

This is an incredible looking PC - housed in a tall Phanteks Evolv X2 case, and fitted out with Corsair ML120 Elite fans, Corsair RGB RAM and a Corsair LCD cooler with matching ML120 Elite fans and a LCD display on the pump top for showing temperatures, stats or memes. 

Wired and Wifi networking are included as standard.
