The HFX® mini heatsink case is a very slim and compact media pc case with a unique design  and a truly silent passive cooling.  With its dimensions the HFX® mini fits perfectly into each home HiFi environment. With its massive heatsinks it will be cooled down passively to get an endless performance without any fan noise. The HFX® mini combines performance with a very low power consumption.

The front cover shows only 2 buttons and hides a slot-in DVD burner,  the VFD and IR are placed behind a highly polished acrylic glas. 

The HFX® mini is optimized for Intel Pentium M and AMD Turion technology, which ensures highest performance at lowest power consumption. The HFX® mini  is totally passive cooled without any fans inside. Additionally the hard disks and DVD are noise isolated.

The HFX® mini offers enough space for an ATX motherboard (or smaller), 1 DVD burner, 3 hard disks and 3 expansion slots with riser cards. The power supply is fanless and external like with laptops.

Behind the acrylic glass you can place the VFD, the infrared receiver  and the Slot-in slimeline DVD burner.

The DVD burner (available separately) is noise isolated in a special silent box and connected with the case heatsinks via copper plates to cool down the DVD.

A special HDD silent box (available separately) allows an additional 2 hard disks to be installed. The hard disks will be cooled down with copper plates, which connect to the outer case heatsinks. As standard, one hard disk can be placed next to the DVD. If the DVD is not used, an additional hard disk can be placed inside the case.

Due to the low height, riser cards have to be used. You can place up to 3 slot cards, for example graphic card, tv and sound card.
